Prost, y'all! Oktoberfest Is Back in Fredericksburg

This weekend, October 2–4, downtown Fredericksburg turns into a little slice of Bavaria. Oompah bands, cold steins, bratwurst, and more than four decades of tradition take over Marktplatz for one of the Hill Country's favorite fall celebrations.

It's also one of the busiest weekends of the year, which means rooms go fast and parking gets tight. Good news: our Outlaw Cottage is still open for the weekend.

Oktoberfest 2026: What to Know Before You Go

The Couples Stay & Tour package ($800) includes two nights at the cottage plus a 6-hour private wine tour with your own chauffeur. We'll help you pick the wineries, breweries, and distilleries, and we bring the water.

Just need a place to stay? The Outlaw Cottage can also be booked on its own, separate from a wine tour package. Call us at 707-301-3355 for details and rates.

Oktoberfest bonus: We're waiving our usual 7-day cancellation window for Oktoberfest weekend bookings, so you can book last-minute with confidence.

See the Outlaw Cottage and package details. If online booking isn't available for your dates, just call us at 707-301-3355, and we'll get you set up.

Make a Weekend of It

Here's an easy plan: check in Friday and start with a private wine, brewery or spirits tour while we do the driving. Head to the OkTUBAfest kickoff that evening, spend Saturday at the fest, then enjoy a slow Sunday morning at the cottage before checkout.

Bringing a bigger group? Our private Fredericksburg wine tours fit up to 11 guests, and hourly charters are available too.

The cottage is open this weekend, but only one couple gets it. Check out the Outlaw Cottage or call 707-301-3355 to reserve your Oktoberfest getaway. Prost!
